Meal choices, +1s, dietary needs, song requests — ask anything and see answers organized per guest.
Replies appear the second guests tap them. Filter by going, pending, or declined — and export anytime.
Nudge guests who haven't replied and post updates everyone sees — the same link always shows the latest.
Every RSVP doubles as a ticket. Scan guests in and watch arrivals live — no lists, no lines.
Cap your headcount and let a waitlist fill cancellations automatically. Private events get a secret link.
On the day the same link becomes a shared camera; after, everyone's photos become an AI highlight reel.

Google Forms is free, but it's a form builder — not an RSVP tool. It collects responses in a spreadsheet but doesn't track who hasn't responded, can't send SMS reminders, has no check-in system, and makes guests submit a generic form instead of responding to your actual event page. A real free RSVP website should feel like an RSVP, not a survey.
The best free RSVP tool does three things well: it makes responding frictionless for guests (one tap, no account), gives the organizer real-time tracking (who said yes, who hasn't responded), and has tools to follow up (SMS reminders) and manage the day (QR check-in). Eventreels does all three — and adds photo sharing and a guest list export at no extra cost.
There's no guest cap on free RSVPs. Whether you're hosting 20 people for a birthday or 2,000 for a campus event, Eventreels gives you the same RSVP link, real-time tracking, and SMS reminders — free. No forced upgrade, no per-guest fee, no hidden cost.
